UMMEED CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER:
IT Roadmap & Strategy Plan We helped the customer to define their IT Roadmap for 3 years which consisted of defining their outsourcing strategy, shaping the engagement scope, guiding the overall vendor selection and analyzing vendor responses, and providing recommendations. The customer benefited from a structured roadmap that would enable it to automate processes in order for it to efficiently achieve its strategic vision of expanding its reach
SAVE THE CHILDREN INDIA:
Health Project Support We provided IT support to the customer for its Health Application that we had developed previously. We supported the customer’s needs on both Android and Web Applications which helped to scale customer reach.
UMMEED CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER:
Implementation Partner We worked with the customer to executed their IT roadmap which centered around the implementation of an IT system that automated their core business processes (e.g. Clinic Management, Scheduling, training, HRMS, etc.). This consisted of managing all vendor relationships for the customer, facilitating discussions on requirements and overall scope, providing go-live support and overseeing all IT-related governance activities. The customer benefited from having a seasoned IT partner who would effectively vet, manage and govern vendors to deliver an IT system that provides the most value for the customer.
